The Boeing 737-8 MAX simulator operates like a real plane and its curved 220-degree visuals make you feel like you’re actually in the air. You’ll get to experience how to fly a modern passenger plane and see stunning landscapes at realistic flight destinations.

The Captain’s working day experience flight offers a comprehensive experience of how a pilot prepares for his workday and what happens in the cockpit. If you really want to know how a passenger aircraft is operated, this is your choice.

A Captain’s working day, 120 minutes includes:

• A briefing where you go through the preparations, weather conditions, flight plan, familiarization with the controls and programming the aircraft’s computer.
• A flight during which you will perform the aircraft start-up in Helsinki, pushback from the departure gate, taxi to the runway, take-off, climb to cruising altitude, approach and landing at Stockholm Arlanda. After this, you will perform 1-3 more landings at the airport of your choice.
• You can choose the weather conditions you want.

The simulator has four seats in addition to the instructor’s and pilot’s seats, so you can accommodate more participants while the price remains the same.

The gift card will be delivered by email and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Flight times need to be booked separately from the Finnish Aviation Museum’s customer service. Flight times for the Boeing can be booked on weekdays and Saturdays during the Museum’s opening hours.

The recommended age for our simulators starts at 10 years old.
