Aviation touches each of us in some way. The former Finnish State Aircraft Factory contributed to the enrichment of Finnish business life and gave rise to many top innovations of its time, with technical development in the aviation sector being astounding.

Different ways to support: Direct monetary donation
We are grateful for all monetary donations made by companies and associations! Although the need for 5 million euros is a huge amount, we believe that “even small streams create large waters,” and with cooperation and a spirit of volunteerism, we can build a pleasant aviation museum in Aviapolis. Please note the tax exemption for donations from companies and associations up to 50,000 euros.
In addition to the good feeling, monetary donors will receive a beautiful diploma that can be placed in a place of honor on the wall or desk of the company’s or association’s office. Donors will also have their names published on our project website and in the new aviation museum – the location is a surprise! Please kindly inform us if you do not want your name published – we fully understand this and warmly thank you for your donation.
Adopt an object
The “Adopt an object” initiative is a well-known fundraising method in international museums, where the item from the Aviation Museum’s collection does not physically transfer to the adopter, but the adopter can easily support the museum and receive a good feeling and a certificate of adoption. The adoption is annual and can be renewed for several years. Adoption items range from smaller to more valuable, such as Lasse-Jänis´ bag, the menu from President Kekkonen’s flight from London Gatwick to Helsinki on May 13, 1961, and the gem of our collection, the Convair. How we use the funds?
