39,00 €
The Aviation Museum’s unique umbrella will save you on rainy days!
The umbrella is illustrated with the painting “Bremer’s Junkers A50 Junior in Cairo 1932” by aviation artist Kari Vertanen. The painting depicts Bremer’s departure from Cairo on his famous record-breaking flight in 1932. Bremer flew from Helsinki to Cape Town and back in 9 weeks, covering a distance of 31,050 km.
Bremer’s two-seater Junkers A50 Junior OH-ABB is familiar to many from the lobby of Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, where it was on display for 40 years. Today, you can find the plane at the Finnish Aviation Museum’s exhibitions.
The high-quality umbrella has a comfortable FSC-certified wooden handle and the umbrella fabric is made from recycled plastic bottles (PET plastic). The fabric is PCF-free impregnated, making it also a responsible choice.
