Customer
The customer pledges to comply with these terms and conditions when purchasing products and services on the Finnish Aviation Museum’s webshop.

 

Ordering

General terms
• The prices shown on the webshop include VAT.
• We sell products to individuals of legal age and to corporate customers.
• We reserve the right to change prices.
• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
• We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must familiarize themselves with the current delivery terms before ordering.

 

Delivery terms

Formation of the contract
• A binding contract for the transaction comes into force when the order is confirmed (order confirmation/payment confirmation).
• The order confirmation/payment confirmation is sent to the customer by email.

Cancellations and returns
• Products have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
• The right of return is only valid if the product is in the same condition as the original. Any product packaging must also be saleable.
• When returning products, the customer is responsible for the transport risk.
• Notify the Merchant of the return to receive a refund. Note! The delivery fee is not refundable.
• The right of return does not apply to gift cards, engraved or other personalized products, restaurant services or other leisure services agreed for a specific time. Books and magazines also do not have a right of return.
• The customer is responsible for the usual costs of the return and the transport risk.
• We will charge the shipping and return costs for packages that are not collected and are returned to us.

Defective or damaged product in transit
• A defective or damaged product in transit must be reported to our customer service immediately, but no later than 24 hours after receipt of the product by email or by phone Mon-Fri 10-12 and 13-15 at 09 8700 870.
• The Merchant will primarily replace the defective or damaged product in transit with a new, similar product. If this is not possible, the buyer will be refunded the full amount paid.
• The defect or damage to the product must be specified and documented in an appropriate manner.
• The defective or damaged product must be sent to the merchant for inspection.
• The Merchant will not deliver a new product or refund the price of the product until the defect or damage has been verified.

Product Warranty
• We comply with the warranty terms specified by the manufacturer or importer.

Delivery
• Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. You can view delivery costs after selecting the payment and delivery method in the shopping cart.
• Please note that our delivery fees are primarily intended for our consumer customers. If you are a retailer and place large orders, please contact the Finnish Aviation Museum’s customer service to place an order (tel. 09 8700 870, asiakaspalvelu@suomenilmailumuseo.fi).

Payment terms
• The Merchant uses reliable and secure payment processors in its services.
• The Merchant does not store bank account or credit card information at any time.
• The Customer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment method chosen.
• If the payment transaction has not been successfully completed at the time of ordering, the Merchant will not process the order.

Other
• We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The Customer must familiarize themselves with the delivery terms in force at any time before ordering.
